How long we store data

Quadball Nations Cup will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data is collected.

All sensible data will be removed and destroyed after two years.

Sensible date can contain but is not limited to:

Gender
Legal name, if given a preferred name
National identification number
E-mail address of the participating team(s)
Financial information
Team membership

Sharing data with others

Quadball Nations Cup does not sell your details to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you and/or to comply with legal obligations.

With companies, third parties and/or volunteers apart from the board, that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Mapping website visit

Data from people under 16 years of age

We only intentionally collect information from people 16 years or older.
